On Monday, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman will pay his working visit to Kharkiv region.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada will study economic infrastructure projects in the town of Chuhuiv in the context of budget decentralization, will take part in solemn opening of a new educational section of the Semen Kuznets National Economics University of Kharkiv.
Groysman will also give a lecture for students entitled "Decentralization — the strategy of national success." Besides, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada will meet with representatives of civil society of Kharkiv region and will talk to the press.
